Do your vehicles include a warranty?

All our vehicles come with the full UK manufacturer’s warranty or, if you choose a nearly new vehicle it will be supplied with the balance of manufacturers warranty.

Do you supply the vehicles or does someone else?

Our vehicles are supplied either by ourselves (if you have chosen a vehicle manufacturer that Pentagon represents) or via one of our authorised partners. Either way, we will be the people you deal with from start to finish.

Do you include maintenance with your quotations?

Maintenance is an optional extra cost. If you choose a vehicle with maintenance included this will (in most cases) include all servicing, tyres, brakes, exhaust, battery and labour. Please ask for further information if you would like us to include maintenance in your quotations.

Do you include roadside assistance?

Yes, all vehicles include a minimum 12 months breakdown cover. Many include more than this, but it is dependant on the manufacturer.

Do you charge for delivery?

No, delivery of your vehicle is included in the price to the UK mainland

If I want to, can I keep the vehicle at the end of the contact?

Sometimes, but it depends on the contract. Normally people choose to simply return the car and choose another one, but if you think you might like to purchase the vehicle or extend the contact length please check that this is possible.

Does the lease have to be over 36 months?

No. Most people choose a 36 months contact but we can offer lease periods from 24 to 60 months. Generally speaking, the longer the term the less monthly payment will be. The length of lease available is dependant on the vehicle chosen.

Do I have to make 3 payments upfront?

No. Normally most customers choose an initial deposit of 3 monthly payments but if you prefer we can arrange for just one payment in advance if this is more convenient. If you want to reduce the monthly payments then you can make a larger initial deposit.

Is Pentagon a Financial Services Authority (FSA) approved company?

Do you take part-exchanges?

Yes. If you are considering part exchanging your current vehicle we are able to provide you with a quote. To help get the maximum price for your vehicle please ensure you have the original V5 registration document and a current MOT certificate (if your vehicle is over 3 years old) together with any service history, book pack, radio code and spare key.

Can I choose additional extras on the vehicle I want?

All of our cars can be tailored to your requirements. If you are ordering a vehicle that we'll be sourcing from the factory, we can order the vehicle in whatever colour you want and with all the available extras you need. Pre-owned vehicles and some special offer vehicles can be fitted with all the available dealer fit options at discounted prices.

Is Road Tax included?

Yes, normally for the duration of the contract. In a small number of cases it is included for the first 12 months only. Again, this is dependant the type of contract you choose. Can I change the mileage on the contract?

Yes, if you think you’ll do more mileage than is on the quote or contact, we can amend the figure to ensure you stay within the agreed predicted mileage.

What is an excess mileage charge?

Excess mileage charges will apply if you hand the vehicle back and have exceeded the total contracted mileage. This is charged in pence per mile and will be clearly shown on your contact.

Is car insurance included?

No, you will have to take out fully comprehensive insurance on every vehicle we offer. We can help you to find a competitive quote – just ask.

Can I terminate the lease early?

Yes, but there will be an early termination charge. Please contact us for more information.
