Order To Delivery Process

Ordering your vehicle couldn’t be simpler. This guide explains what happens from the moment you first get in touch. Remember you can call us at any time for more information on 0845 404 4200 (local rate).

Enquire about a vehicle

To enquire about a lease vehicle, click on your preferred model and browse through our wide selection. When you have chosen a vehicle, simply click ‘quote’ and an enquiry form will be shown. Then complete the enquiry form (letting us know if you have any specific requirements) and click ‘Send Enquiry Request’.

You place your order

Once we've answered any questions you have and you’re happy with our quote we’ll email (or if you prefer fax) you an order form. The order form clearly details the monthly cost, initial deposit, the exact make and model, exterior colour and any additional specification for the vehicle. You will need to sign this form and then fax, post or email it back to us to confirm your order.

We will also establish how you plan to paying for the vehicle and can advise on the best way to do this.

Finance Acceptance

When you place your order we will send you a finance proposal form to complete. This information is needed so that we can quickly confirm that your application has been formally accepted by the vehicle funder. Once we have this we can order the vehicle.

The order is confirmed

Once we receive your signed order form we will confirm that the vehicle has been ordered and advise you on the estimated delivery time.

Remember that you will need to ensure the vehicle is insured before you take delivery.

You sign your documents

Next, a Direct Debit form and Finance Agreement will need to be signed before delivery of your vehicle can take place. These should be completed and returned as soon as possible to avoid any delay. At this point we will normally also take the initial first payment.

We arrange delivery of your vehicle

Once the vehicle arrives it is checked, taxed and delivered to you as soon as possible. Delivery is made nationwide by Pentagon Leasing or our dealership network to your home address or place of work, for no additional cost.

After that, you simply enjoy the vehicle. We’ll make sure your new tax disc is sent in the post every 12 months (subject to your agreement type) and contact you just before the end of the contract date to arrange collection.
